October 25 last year set the date for the forming of a new ArcticSkills. Representatives for the new partners met i Kautokeino to constitute the partnership with a new partnership agreement, a new activity plan and a model for expences and a financial basis. A new board was elected and plans for the upcoming ArcticSkills 24 in Kirkenes were presented.
