I hereby have the pleasure of inviting you to the kick-off of ArcticSkills 2019-2022 in Övertorneå, at Utbildning Nord.

Travel plan
On Mon 23rd, the NO, the RU delegations will travel from their own location to Rovaniemi to be accommodated at hotel. On Tuesday 24th in the morning the two delegations will travel to Utbilding Nord and start the meeting according to the plan.
The FI and SWE delegation arrange their own travel arrangements and will meet at Utbilding Nord according to the plan.
After the meeting the delegations will travel to Stadshotellet in Haparanda for accommodation and a joint dinner for all participants in the evening.
